BMC ITSM7 Alternate Approver Lookup

About

This handler returns the login ids for all alternates found. This is returned in XML format (like below) for use in loops.

enable_debug_logging	Enable debug logging if the value is set to 'Yes'.	No

Approver ID:	Approver's Login ID

Results

Name	Description
Alternate Exists	Returns a Yes if current alternates are found and a No if no current alternates are found
Login IDs	The login ids of the alternates found
