This handler creates a bridge in Kinetic Bridgehub.

Parameters

Name	Description	Sample
Adapter Class	The full name of the adapter class this bridge will use.
Bridge Name	The name of the Bridge.
Bridge Slug	A unique value used to identify this bridge.
IP Addresses with access	IP addresses that have access to use the bridge.
Properties	Properties specific to the adapter class.
