About

The message record, stored in the KSMSGMessage form, is created to interact with the Kinetic Request messaging process. See the 'Message Templates' section of the Kinetic Request User and Management Guide for more information about the Kinetic Request messaging process.

Parameters
Name Description Sample
To: The email address of the target recipient.
Message Template Name: The name of the message template that will be used to generate the email message.
Originating Id: The instance id of an originating Kinetic Request submission.
Results
Name Description
Instance Id The Remedy Instance Id of the generated message record.
