Parameters

Issue Identifier	Identifier of the issue receiving the attachment.
Source File Path	Path to the source of the file to be uploaded. Be mindful of what the real 'source' of the file is. It may not necessarily be the end-user's computer (i.e. it could be a Kinetic SR record).
