Azure VM Start

About

This handler uses the Azure Rest API library to start a Virtual Machine associated to the security certificate tied to the handler.

Configurations

site	The location of the Jira site. NOTE: If you are not using SSL on your site, your username and password will sent insecurely.	https://localhost:8080
username	Username for the desired Jira account.
password	Password for the desired Jira account.	*********
enable_debug_logging	Enable debug logging if the value is set to 'Yes'.	No
