Our in-house ERM expert, Brian Shealey, will be presenting to the ITIL Constituent Group on EDUCAUSE on Wednesday, May 7. We’d love to have you all join us!

Please join us for this webinar, Wednesday, May 7, 3pm ET / 12pm PT.  The presenter will be Brian Shealy of Kinetic Data, and he’ll present the concept of Enterprise Request Management and how higher ed organizations can directly benefit from the approach.

The ERM approach is used by organizations to improve service while reducing the cost of service delivery. The concept is to offer fully integrated cross-enterprise business process automation delivered in an intuitive user interface, while employing an integrated back-end delivery model that leverages existing enterprise software investments. This approach ensures cost-effective enterprise service delivery with first-time fulfillment, resulting in lower costs and happier customers.

After the introduction to Enterprise Request Management, Brian will use the Kinetic Data solution to demonstrate one example of ERM implementation.

To participate go to: http://educause.acms.com/cg and sign in as a guest using your name and institution. Dial 1-877-944-2300 access code 99281#.

Please join us next Wednesday for the opportunity to ask questions during the live session.  As always, the presentation will be recorded, and will be posted on the ITIL CG wiki:
