Federal Sales Executive
As an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on the US Federal market, you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the United States Government. Leveraging your understanding of the enterprise software landscape, you’ll position Kinetic Data’s enterprise self-service framework as the key to simplifying complex workflows, eliminating manual processes, and securely scaling service delivery.
This is a quota-carrying role where success will be measured by new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and pipeline expansion within the Federal Government sector.

The Federal Sales Executive at Kinetic Data is responsible for driving strategic growth within the U.S. Federal market by positioning our enterprise self-service framework as a mission-critical solution. This role requires deep knowledge of federal procurement processes and a proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Success means building trusted relationships, influencing digital transformation strategies, and enabling secure, scalable self-service adoption across government agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth

Identify and qualify high-potential leads, develop effective sales strategies, and close complex enterprise deals in the U.S. Federal market
Strategic Solution Selling

Understand Kinetic Data’s platform and capabilities, positioning our self-service framework as a strategic asset for simplifying service delivery, increasing agility, and reducing operational friction
Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders

Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite and senior leaders in IT, operations, and key business units to align our platform with their strategic objectives
Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to tailor solutions and ensure messaging resonates with government buyers
Pipeline Management

Maintain a robust pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and proactively identify new business to meet quarterly and annual goals
Work with System Integrators

Collaborate with SIs to position Kinetic’s self-service capabilities in large-scale, mission-critical federal projects
Navigate Federal Procurement

Manage the federal procurement process with attention to compliance and contractual accuracy
Track Market Trends

Stay up to date on trends in digital transformation, automation, and self-service to position Kinetic Data as a differentiated alternative to legacy solutions like ServiceNow and Salesforce
Partner Enablement

Leverage Kinetic’s partner ecosystem to expand solution offerings and increase win rates within target agencies
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences; familiarity with low-code platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise software is a plus
- Collaborative team player with experience working across marketing, product, and sales engineering
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in developing account growth strategies and navigating long-term enterprise relationships
- Skilled in leveraging partners and integrators to amplify sales effectiveness
Comfortable with enterprise deal flow, forecasting, and pipeline management
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience; a high school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within large US-based enterprises; Experience selling DXP, low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS, or other digital transformation solutions is highly preferred
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
