Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR)
As a BDR/SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, responsible for generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to fill the sales pipeline for our Account Executives. You will identify and engage key decision-makers, build interest in our product, and set up discovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Follow up on inbound leads and execute campaigns to engage new prospects
- Research and identify key stakeholders and use consultative selling to spark interest
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize messaging and lead targeting
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless hand-off
- Maintain accurate records in CRM - HubSpot
- Track and report weekly on key activity and pipeline metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role at a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and hit KPIs
- Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Comfortable with sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AmpleMarket, etc.)
- Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
- Familiarity with solution-based or consultative selling methodologies
- Understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle
