A Wonderful Front-end Training Experience in Beautiful Baltimore
We recently had the pleasure of hosting a special onsite training event in Baltimore, dedicated to exploring the Kinetic Platform front-end experience. This intimate session brought together a diverse group of participants, including new partners eager to dive into our technology and seasoned users looking to refine their skills.
Throughout the one-and-a-half days, attendees had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, regardless of their familiarity with the technical nuances of our platform. The training sessions were designed to be interactive and informative, led by esteemed subject matter expert Spencer Faust and seasoned Kinetic Data veteran Chad Rehm.
Spencer has only been with Kinetic Data for a little over the year and has already changed our front-end strategy for the Kinetic Platform. We are truly honored to have him as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing more customers and partners interact with this new approach to building custom front-end applications.
“Our main goal was to demonstrate the key philosophies behind the new front-end Starter Base: Readability, Flexibility, and Agnosticism,” remarked Spencer. “It was fantastic to show some of our more advanced developer partners what our new foundation looks like while also validating how easy the Base is for newer Devs to understand and build on!”
Reflecting on the success of the training, Spencer enthusiastically shared, “The session exceeded expectations! Witnessing everyone fully engaged was truly energizing.”
His sentiment was echoed by Tom from My Acuity, who described the training as “extremely informative,” and Kyle from Seneca Technologies, who found it “excellent,” despite not being a coder. Both Tom and Kyle grasp how refining frontend experiences alongside our robust platform could elevate overall user interactions. They left eager to apply their newfound knowledge within their teams.
Kyle, in particular, wasted no time brainstorming projects and solutions, inspired by just a few hours of coding experimentation. Her enthusiasm for future events and deepening her understanding of our capabilities was palpable–she even dove into our Learning Management System upon returning home, completing additional beginning courses. This passion is exactly what we aim to ignite at these events.
